Been having issues issues with my sierra dom since I'm switching over from Jigsaw. My Sierra dom shows half the orders that my jigsaw shows, pictures attached. I also have denali market depth enabled. Thanks |

We are not sure what information we are supposed to be getting from the images. If you are referring to the number of levels of depth (how far up/down the price ladder the Market Depth extends), then refer to the following to see if you have something setup to limit the number: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels Since the image does not show a shortage of the range of the data, we are wondering if you are referring to the values of what is displayed. If this is the case, then all we can say is that we are showing what the exchange gives to us. So we have no idea why you would see a difference. Another reason for a difference could have to do with that you are expecting to see the data from the mini contract but using a micro contract for data.

Both of the Doms are set to Micro contracts. I have attached a few more pictures. The issue is the size contracts that is being displayed. |

You can not expect that the numbers will be exactly the same at any given point in time. Particularly the numbers close to the current price, as these are constantly updating and changing. Even if you look further out and the values are still not the same, this is not something we are going to spend time on. We know that our data is correct. Understood, but sizes are half off. Not saying your platform is receiving bad data, only inquiring to see if it's something on my end that I can change.

Which column of data are you referring to? We have been assuming you were referring to the main Market Depth data, which we do not see anywhere near being half, in fact, the numbers are pretty close. We think you are referring to these numbers: 83 81 74 107 130 132 120 115 100 101 . . . If you are referring to the other columns, then we need to know what those columns are. There are a few settings that could affect the data that is shown, depending on what the columns are.
