We are not sure what information we are supposed to be getting from the images. If you are referring to the number of levels of depth (how far up/down the price ladder the Market Depth extends), then refer to the following to see if you have something setup to limit the number: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels Since the image does not show a shortage of the range of the data, we are wondering if you are referring to the values of what is displayed. If this is the case, then all we can say is that we are showing what the exchange gives to us. So we have no idea why you would see a difference.
