Denali Data issues

For the last two hours (roughly), I have been noticing the Denali data feed get delayed by about a minute, then finally disconnect and reconnect. Seems to occur roughly every 6-10 minutes.

The issue persists across manual disconnect/reconnect, restarting Sierra Chart, restarting my computer. Updated to the current version, 2480, and the issue continues.

I'm seeing no network issues with any of my other computers on my internet connection, and last time I saw issues of this nature were during the datacenter upgrades.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

[Edit]
Looks like my instances connect to ds28.sierracharts.com and ds23-2.sierracharts.com. I see response times around 90-100ms with dropped packets, while response times to other services are < 20ms with no dropped packets.

I'm getting the exact same problems with the NQ/MNQ prices. Market stats appear to be fine.

(12:14 Edit) I gave up for the day but now looking at the charts I noticed that it just happened again at 12:14 (PST). Prices weren't restored until 12:18.

(12:21 Edit) Another instance. Prices froze but market stat (Tick) continued. Live prices came back at 12:29.

I've never had any problems until today starting this morning.

We see no problem with our servers at the time, and now, and no problem with our network at the time or now. Everything is completely normal.

So this must be a problem with connectivity somewhere on the Internet. If you see it again let us know and we will probably have to start a ticket with our Internet service provider.

Going on 3 hours now of consistent disconnect/reconnects every 5-10 minutes with the Denali data feed. The issues started sometime between 9 and 9:15am PST. I had seen no data issues from 5am to 9am PST prior to that (or for the last month or two really).

The problem is somewhere else. It is definitely not on the Sierra Chart side. We are noticing no issues like this at all ourselves.

Let us know if you have an issue tomorrow.

I agree. It looks to be in the middle. Running a traceroute earlier during the issue, a Level3 edge in Chicago was returning responses around 100ms, which have dropped to the mid 60s since around 1:15PM PST. I'll keep an eye on it tomorrow.

For what it is worth, I have had ZERO connectivity issues to my platform (with Denali/Teton/Ironbeam). Super fast connection to trade servers and trade executions 24x5 since I went live couple of weeks ago with no dropped connections or disconnects. And very minimum slippage even during Fed announcement/speaches. Very excited to see Teton work flawlessly and negligible load on CPU for most times and acceptable during very fast market times. Using only one chartbook with one chart so far. My ISP is xFinity/Comcast (cable).

Update: No problems with data from both last evening session and this morning. Checked with ISP yesterday and they reported no problems on their end. Obviously, a glitch somewhere along the line yesterday. Thanks for checking your side.
