need help with setting denali

I have set up the denanli exchange and my futures charts( cme and nymex) have the M after the symbol but the stock charts( NYSE and Nasdaq) do not have the M. The quoteboard shows the futures updating( cme is normal , nymex price change is way off) but all the stock symbols have zeros. I did the symbol updating and must be missing something.

To start with, you do not have any exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, the data you would be receiving would be Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group. It sounds like you are probably entering your stock symbols with the standard symbol, which would explain why you are getting zeros - as you are accessing our older historical data, which is not streaming. In order to get the CME Group data, you need to activate the exchanges you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges With regards to the Stock data, it looks like you were setting up the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, but you did not activate the exchange itself. If this is the data you want, then you need to activate the exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedNASDAQ#Exchanges And be aware that in order to get the data for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, you need to add a "-NQTV" suffix to the standard ticker symbol - for example, you need to enter IBM-NQTV instead of just IBM.
