You can not quit command from the chart

Hello,
have a request regarding trading from the chart. I trade from DOM, where I enter a limit order, which I will show in a chart including PT and SL commands, unless you want to cancel the order and click on the "X" to exit the command, so to me there appears "cancell" but the command is still active. and if you cancel the IB and shut SierraChart, so I filled in when the market gets to him. Where do the error please?

When you press the "X" button on the order line to cancel the order, does the status say "Pending Cancel"?

No, there is only "cancell" but nothing more happens.
This happens only in Live mode. In simulated mode it works fine.
There can be some problem between the connection of Sierra chart and IB (Interactive Brokers)?

This is not clear for us.


Go to the chart that has order lines on it and select Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart.

Press the button that says Cancel All.

After this provide an image of the chart by following these instructions here:

Here I am sending how it behaves. In the first Screen enter the command Sell Limit. Hop me while i PT and SL command. Then click cancel in the Trade Window, press CancellAll - screen two. Cancels the PT and SL command, but the input command still hangs there.
Then I press the graph on the "X" in a statement, which hangs - screen three. The graph in order to appear "Pendigo cancell." In IB command is still active. Where is the error?

What we can see is that the initial order that was sent, was not accepted by the IB Trader Workstation.

You need to say that a new order for the NQ 201406 futures contract is not being acknowledged by the API. They will need to see your Trader Workstation log file. You need to ask them where that log file is located and send it to them.
