Hi, When using the pulling and stacking market depth function I am unable to see more than 1 level even though I set the global setting of levels in the DOM chart to 0. Even if I change the setting to only 10, I do not see 10 levels but only 1. See attached screenshots. Can you help please? Gerard

This is because you do not have any exchanges that include the Market Depth data. You can change your exchange options at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just keep in mind that the exchanges do not give refunds and they do not pro-rate their data. So you will pay the full price for the month for the exchange, regardless of when, within the month, that you activate the exchange. Hi, That cannot be the case as I have a trading account with AMP and am paying for a live CQG account with the full CME group. Gerard

We do not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, even if you are paying for the data to AMP, it is not being used by your Sierra Chart software. Second, you are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed as you have the "Full CME Group for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" activated. This exchange does not include the Market Depth data. This is where your data is currently coming from. If you want Market Depth for the full CME Group, then you will need to activate the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts". You can then deactivate the other exchange. Or, if you just need Market Depth data for one particular exchange (such as the CME), then you would keep your current exchange active and add the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts". -- Once the above is done, if you do not need the CQG data from AMP for any other purpose, then let AMP know that you want to stop the data. Hi, So if I activate the exchange with the Market Depth data, I will have to pay the extra fees on top of the service package fees I am currently paying? 34.25 USD per month instead of 3.5 USD per month, correct?

If you want the "Full CME Group with Market Depth", then yes, this will be the case. But, if you just need Market Depth data for the CME exchange itself, then you can activate that exchange and keep the one you currently have, which will then cost you an additional $11.50 per month (or a total of $15.00 per month for data).
