We do not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, even if you are paying for the data to AMP, it is not being used by your Sierra Chart software. Second, you are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed as you have the "Full CME Group for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" activated. This exchange does not include the Market Depth data. This is where your data is currently coming from. If you want Market Depth for the full CME Group, then you will need to activate the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts". You can then deactivate the other exchange. Or, if you just need Market Depth data for one particular exchange (such as the CME), then you would keep your current exchange active and add the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts". -- Once the above is done, if you do not need the CQG data from AMP for any other purpose, then let AMP know that you want to stop the data.
