Denali/Teton will not update or load current ESH23_FUT_CME chart. Getting error log

as title says getting incorrect symbol error, and Logon error message log. Have been using the feed all evening with zero issue, and last few days after account was connected. Not sure what the issue is, or why this is happening now. Have restarted, check connection, data window, credentials are correct, and I only view one symbol ESH23_FUT_CME, which I was watching all night. Balance is paid for the month, all exchange forms are completed and approved. Not sure whats going on. Here is copy of current message log.

We are not noticing a network connectivity issue ourselves to these servers.

So it is not something we would have been able to resolve at the time you had the issue.

ok. Other people were experiencing the outage as well. Not sure what caused it but it has been in and out today. I am hard wired, fiber connection to my terminal with 1k up and down load. No problem on my end. it has gone in and out today. will see what happens.

We did not notice any connectivity problem ourselves at that time. It definitely was not a problem with Sierra Chart Internet connectivity or servers. The connectivity problem was somewhere else.

But we will see what we could do to have an alternative ISP available automatically at another data center.
