Good morning dear programmers and community

After three years, 4 sleepless nights I took the trouble to create two different chartbooks in the hope of becoming master of a recuring problem. One for denali. The other for live/funded. Current situation and why am mad? Because rithmic did the bad job. again. (please see attached file)
One tries to live from trading. You have to live from it. I mean I do!! And you also see that other, supposedly cheaper software providers do not have this problem.
Reset the pc 5 times. contacted cme, rithmic several times. Contact you several times. Spent days and nights trying to understand sierra chart documentation. with only one goal: to be able to focus on business again. First and foremost to get a stable and data connection. Unfortunately, I am a personality that is very dependent on its software solution and its reliability. And always with the result after three sleepless nights: of course there is no better software solution like sierra. I suspect more and more that

1. sierra chart is the best analysis tool (maybe I should I buy another realtime feed and execute external)

2. it should be avoided at all costs to connect rithmic data feed with it. The sheer horror.

But hey: maybe it's just the wind that's unfavorable and as if by magic, the problem will be solved when my business, my trade has already passed me by? who knows. Maybe its just a 0 is missing, a binar "i dont g a f." anam,oly
I am at the end of my latin. I am nervously nearly burned out at the end and do not know how it goes on. I only know one thing: It's not always because of rithmic or myself.

I don't want to seem rude, but I'm at my wits end. And even its even if this problem is only supposed to affect rithmic, i don't get any data under denali either. i may not be the brightest candle on the cake, but i have tried everything i can think of That's all I wanted to get rid of. i have tried everything. i am at a loss. i need a solution to finally be able to focus on business again instead of tools. of course: one or the other would say: "get a live account and connect it once a month. Sierra chart is not for you." But these are findings and solutions that are not satisfactory. I am a solution-oriented person who doesn't give up until he gets what he wants.
But in this case: I come to my limits.

First of all, you are not setup to get real-time data from us (Sierra Chart).

Second, our servers are showing that your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. If this is correct, then you are not going to be getting any real-time data for the CME Group, as you are not connected to Rithmic, and as we stated above, you are not setup to get data from us.

Third, we see a mix of symbols in your charts, which relates to whether you are connected to Rithmic or SC Data - All Services. If you switch between services then you need to update the symbols in your chartbook. Typically when leaving the Data/Trade Service Settings window, it prompts you if you want to change the symbols if you have changed services. You should select Yes. If you forget to do this, then you can force the symbol update by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

Now, given the above, the main question is what service do you want to be connected to. It sounds like you should be connected to your Rithmic account. If this is the case, then be sure to connect to your Rithmic account and that you have the correct symbols after doing so. If you are going to get the data from Rithmic, then be aware that we do not give any support for Rithmic data issues. Refer to the following:

Just from a user's perspective, I have Sierra's Denali data feed and then my account order routing via funded/Rithmic connection. Denali data is far more reliable (and the link above explains why). It's easy to be logged in to the Rithmic account, with the Denali live market data.

But as they've pointed out, you need that Denali data ordered via Sierra.

No, mine is non-professional. I have both a broker account (using CQG) and then use Sierra for a funded futures account (which uses Rithmic).

well thats excactly what upset me. Im professional and I cant change it.however. i now know what to do. Even if it costs me 120 dollars a month.
