First of all, you are not setup to get real-time data from us (Sierra Chart).

Second, our servers are showing that your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. If this is correct, then you are not going to be getting any real-time data for the CME Group, as you are not connected to Rithmic, and as we stated above, you are not setup to get data from us.

Third, we see a mix of symbols in your charts, which relates to whether you are connected to Rithmic or SC Data - All Services. If you switch between services then you need to update the symbols in your chartbook. Typically when leaving the Data/Trade Service Settings window, it prompts you if you want to change the symbols if you have changed services. You should select Yes. If you forget to do this, then you can force the symbol update by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

Now, given the above, the main question is what service do you want to be connected to. It sounds like you should be connected to your Rithmic account. If this is the case, then be sure to connect to your Rithmic account and that you have the correct symbols after doing so.
