SC simply crashes

Hello in the last 2 days Sierra Chart and reason crashed. I was using drawing tools and all of a sudden SC froze. What surprises me this has never happened before, I use SC for very many years. Furthermore, SC is still running in safe mode on my computer? The one chartbook can only be opened in this mode! Where can be the problems with both questions? |

Do you know if you are using the OpenGL option in Sierra Chart for chart graphics? When this occurs, does the operating system display any error message when this occurs? Or does Sierra Chart just simply disappear? Go to your Sierra Chart installation folder and do you see a CrashDump folder with files generated there when this occurs?
