Can I get some help with my data feed, please? I paid for a six-month service package. But the account says that my service has expired. I don't know why the report says that my service package doesn't have to be renewed until June, but at the same time, I am supposed to make a payment to keep using the Denali exchange data feed. The account information says that the Denali change is included in my service package 11. Thanks for your help in advance. And to reiterate my question, I don't have to pay twice at the same time, because my service package has been active for six months, but I am supposed to pay again to keep using the Denali change data feed.

my rithmic data is not working. It seems I have to connect to my live broker. I don't want to risk missint out on a good trading day next time. How can I keep this from hapenning over and over again?

You ask about the Rithmic data, but you are setup to get real-time data for the Full CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data feed.

We do see that your "Verified Until" date is set to "2024-03-31" so it expired yesterday, which is why you are not getting the data from us. You need to connect to your live trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group and then you will get the real-time data flowing from us again.

In order to avoid this, you need to remember to connect to your live trading account at least once a month. Refer to these instructions:

can I setup a reminded for myselft to connect to my live broker with sierra chart twice a month so that I won't be forced to go on sim? By the way, rithmic data is real time data. It's with the rithmic broker. So either I can remind myself to connect twice a month regularly so that i won't be forced to stay on Sim, or I can open an account and add money with a different broker that sierra chart works where I can stay verified and don't have to connect once a month and miss out on a trading day.

We create an Account Support Ticket when you are within a few days of the "Verified Until" date. You should receive a notification of a new ticket opened and if you view that ticket you would see the information reminding you to connect to your live account.

The most recent of these was sent on March 29, 2024 and was the following:

Starting at the date 2024-03-31, you will begin to receive delayed data for the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges for the following reason:

The reason you are not getting real-time data, and historical data in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
