You ask about the Rithmic data, but you are setup to get real-time data for the Full CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data feed. We do see that your "Verified Until" date is set to "2024-03-31" so it expired yesterday, which is why you are not getting the data from us. You need to connect to your live trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group and then you will get the real-time data flowing from us again. In order to avoid this, you need to remember to connect to your live trading account at least once a month.
