We are not seeing any issue with the MNQH23-CME data in the logfile. The only thing we see that could be an issue is a lot of charts being tagged for recalculation at the end of the log file above. There is not a specific Circular Reference called out, but we wonder if you are having a circular reference to the MNQH23-CME chart that is preventing the data from updating (basically you have a study caught in a loop so the chart can not update). No, that is not the issue as it does it ONLY with CME. Loading YM on same charts works fine. I have the impression this happened when my daneli expired. |

Actually, your statement that "I have the impression this happened when my deneli expired" helped us understand what is occurring. The problem is that you are still setup for the "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" through the end of this month, but your account is not verified for the non-professional exchange fees, as that ended on December 25, 2022. We can take care of this for you by fully cancelling the exchange as of this time - so you should be getting the delayed data for the CME Group now. If you do not get it flowing within the next 3 minutes, then go through the Forced Login option to make sure that your local copy of Sierra Chart is in sync with our servers.
