Actually, your statement that "I have the impression this happened when my deneli expired" helped us understand what is occurring. The problem is that you are still setup for the "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" through the end of this month, but your account is not verified for the non-professional exchange fees, as that ended on December 25, 2022. We can take care of this for you by fully cancelling the exchange as of this time - so you should be getting the delayed data for the CME Group now. If you do not get it flowing within the next 3 minutes, then go through the Forced Login option to make sure that your local copy of Sierra Chart is in sync with our servers.
