Bar Close and Bar Open colors are not not changing whether I am in Global graphic settings or chart graphic settings. I submitted a pic of when I am linked to Global graphics, I can change the width of the close but the color does not change. I did not use Sierra Charts screen shot as I wanted to add both settings for your viewing.

Also, would it be possible to add an ARC tool such as in Tradingview. This simple tool is the only reason I have to use Tradingview as a separate platform to maintain marking momentum limits found in RSI.
I've attached a very short video of it in action over RSI.

Thank you, and Merry Christmas

The particular coloring you need to choose depends on the Bar Type that you have selected. If you are viewing an OHLC type of bar, then you would select the "Bar" coloring options, otherwise if you are viewing a Candlestick type of bar, then you would change the "Candlestick" options.

We are not sure how you have those bars displayed, as the standard displays do not look like what you are showing, so we do not know which coloring option you should use.

When you open up a fresh copy of Sierra chart, there is a chart with OHLC bar, or maybe a HLC bar, with the close of the bar highlighted in a bright golden color. In this case, the "Bar Close" and "Bar Open" settings do nothing for the open and close colors of the OHLC bar which are colored by the "Bar-High-Low up and down" colors

Please give us the following information for a specific chart for which you are not able to change the colors along with an image of the chart:
- Select Chart >> Graph Draw Types and tell us what item in that section is selected.
- Select Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart and tell us if the option for Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings has a checkmark next to it or not.
- What item do you want to change on the chart bars specifically and what do you want to change it to?

We really need to know what "Chart >> Graph Draw Types" is set to for that chart. That is not reflected in the original post.

Sometimes Sierra Chart support will request a Chartbook and we only need to see a single chart within that Chartbook.

In the case when only a single chart is needed, follow these instructions to provide that Chartbook. If you have been referred to this section, then follow these instructions because it is essential we get a Chartbook that is not complicated. Otherwise, the Chartbook you provide will be disregarded because we do not know where to look and we are overloaded with too much information to analyze.

1. Select File >> New Chartbook.
2. Go back to the original Chartbook which contains the chart that needs to be provided to support by selecting the Chartbook from the CB menu.
3. Go to the particular chart that you need to provide to support. It can be accessed through the CW menu.
4. Select Chart >> Duplicate Chart to Chartbook.
5. Select the new Chartbook created from the list of Chartbooks.
6. Press OK.
7. Go to that new Chartbook through the CB menu.
8. There should only be one chart now displayed. Go to that chart and select Analysis >> Studies.
9. In the Chart Studies window, using the Remove button, remove all studies which are not relevant to the particular issue you need to communicate to Sierra Chart support. This must be done. Otherwise, Sierra Chart support may not look at the chart.
10. Select File >> Save to save this new Chartbook.

Follow the instructions to attach the Chartbook file to your Support Board posting. It can be privately attached.

Sorry, misunderstood the last request.
Just FYI, I have already imported a chartbook to the fresh install of SC and the problem was no longer there. The Open and Close of the OHLC bars were colored as they should have been in the other copy of SC. Maybe something is messed up in one of my files. I tried updating to the pre-release but that did not fix the problem either.

There is a setting in Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Global >> Other >> Color Entire OHLC Bar the High/Low Color. Most likely this is enabled on the instance where you can not change the Bar Open color. Refer to the following:
Graphics Settings: Color Entire OHLC Bar the High/Low Color (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other)

That was it!. Thank you so much. I was about to start transferring everything over to a fresh install.
Very much appreciated.
