The particular coloring you need to choose depends on the Bar Type that you have selected. If you are viewing an OHLC type of bar, then you would select the "Bar" coloring options, otherwise if you are viewing a Candlestick type of bar, then you would change the "Candlestick" options. We are not sure how you have those bars displayed, as the standard displays do not look like what you are showing, so we do not know which coloring option you should use.
