Problem with chartbooks and symbol translation (between SC Data and TETON)

Hello, Friend of mine is sharing his chartbooks with me(ie ES, CL) - created and used for SC Data service. I am using TETON CME Order routing service and have problem with his chartbooks after opening in Sierra - data are not loaded and there is no question/detection of symbol translation. As workaround I have to switch service to SC data and then back to TETON - in this case sierra is able to detect and do proper symbol translation. Would it be possible to fix/solve this problem and avoid workaround with additional jumping between services? Additional effort of handling multiple chartbooks all the time. No, missed this option before and my workaround was to switch service to trigger translation - thanks. Have 1 more problem related to symbol translation - after translation, all details about split/merge TPO profiles are gone. Is there any option to avoid that after translation?
