Problem with chartbooks and symbol translation (between SC Data and TETON)

Hello,

Friend of mine is sharing his chartbooks with me(ie ES, CL) - created and used for SC Data service.

I am using TETON CME Order routing service and have problem with his chartbooks after opening in Sierra - data are not loaded and there is no question/detection of symbol translation.

As workaround I have to switch service to SC data and then back to TETON - in this case sierra is able to detect and do proper symbol translation.

Would it be possible to fix/solve this problem and avoid workaround with additional jumping between services? Additional effort of handling multiple chartbooks all the time.

Did you translate the symbols with this Edit menu command:

Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

No, missed this option before and my workaround was to switch service to trigger translation - thanks.

Have 1 more problem related to symbol translation - after translation, all details about split/merge TPO profiles are gone. Is there any option to avoid that after translation?
