Hi, I can see from other user questions that you do offer refunds but I'm not sure how to make a refund request. I tried Sierra Chart for acoupke of days but realised it is not for me. Many thanks |

We have refunded the 1 month of Usage Time that you had paid for and refunded the $36.00 for that back to your Services Surplus. And we have started an Account Support Ticket requesting the balance be refunded to your card. I just purchased a package and paid 6 months in advance. i would like a refund. Can i fully be refunded $222.80?

Jdennard: Since you had not used any of the Usage Time from the purchased package, we were able to refund this back to your Services Surplus. At this time, you have 22 days of Usage Time remaining. After April 21, 2025, your account will automatically be put in an expired state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard. After refunding the Usage Time, your Services Surplus balance was $222.00. We have a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds, therefore a total of $217.00 has been refunded to your card. -- This thread is now locked.
