Hello, I created a custom calculated symbol as described on your website. The formula is {ESZ22_FUT_CME}-{$INX}. This custom symbol was working last month but it doesn't load any more data since the 30th of november. I have the right subscription (Package 12 + Denali exchange data feed + Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed + S&P Indices) and my Sierra account is funded. In Chart settings, the end of the date range is set to 2022-11-30 (read only). If I change to "Use number of days to load", it doesn't change anything. If I ask "Delete and download data", I see a red square with : "Download failed. This is not a valid formula symbol" Do you have any solution for me please ? Thank you. |

Please get us your Message Log after you have tried the "Delete and Download Data" for that symbol. We want to see all the messages that are related to it to see if there is something in them that can tell us why it is having an issue at this time.
