I downloaded the new version today. Everytime I try to log in I get this error message that says unable to log in without username. I put in my user name and password and it still tells me to go to h? How do i get the service i have been paying for hell. What gives? How do I get the service I have been paying for? Please help

i DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. I HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU FOR SEVERAL YEARS.DID EVERYONE WHO WAS AN EXISTING CUSTOMER HAVE TO DO THE SAME AS YOU ARE TELLING ME TO DO? IN THE PAST WHEN YOU UPDATED YOUR SERVICE ALL I HAD TO DO WAS DOWNLOAD THE NEW VERSION AND IT INSTALLED OVER MY OLD VERSION AND I WAS GOOD TO GO. ALL MY SAVED CHARTS AND WORK WAS IN TACT.WHAT GIVES? PLEASE HELP

If you still have difficulty connecting, then post a copy of the Message Log, by following the steps:

Clearly you have installed Sierra Chart into a different folder than your previous version, or you are using a different computer. This is the source of the problem. You are in complete control. If you have a previous installation of Sierra Chart that was set up to use TransAct on a particular system, then use that specific computer system and update that copy of Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

Sorry but i'm still having problems. I can find what appears to be a version 753 on my computer but when i try to open it i can't because i keep getting a message from sierra chart no longer supports version 753 and it stops me from going.so i can't open it to download the new version over my older one. What do i do now?
Pleas help

Maybe i just don't know how to find the older version of sierra chart or the folder it is in on my computer. Any ideas would be helpful. I've been a customer for many years. thanks
