Clearly you have installed Sierra Chart into a different folder than your previous version, or you are using a different computer. This is the source of the problem. You are in complete control. If you have a previous installation of Sierra Chart that was set up to use TransAct on a particular system, then use that specific computer system and update that copy of Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.
