Can't connect. I have paid for service through 4/25 and it was package 3 which connected automatically to IB. I do not have a trading account with Sierra as I trade through IB. I just recently paid for 6 months and there was no mention of updating or paying additional fees as I still have almost 6 full months. I don't understand what I'm supposed to switch to and have tried updating to current version. Please advise what I am supposed to do since my payment was VERY recent and I should be able to continue to access my information.

We had changed you to Package 10, as there was another discussion we had with you where we informed you that you needed to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to connect to Interactive Brokers.

Therefore, you should be fine with your connection to IB. If you are still having issues then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I have connected - according to the message on the page, it says that my renewal is the date 4/25/23 -- thank you for honoring my renewal of Oct 1st for 6 month package.
