Receiving CME real-time data for most symbols but not 6E, 6B, 6J, 6A (10/30 globex open)

I have denali data with a real-time CME subscription. Everything has been working fine, but when todays globex session opened at 17:00 Central time, I no longer seem to be getting any data for 6E, 6B, 6A, or 6J charts. Other CME symbols I have charts for (like ES, NQ, RTY, YM) are working jsut fine. The quote pages on the CME website are showing volume and prices for this session already, so I know I should be seeing activity on my charts. I have checked both the Dec 2022 and March 2023 contracts for each of these products and I'm getting no data since the close on Friday. I appreciate any clarity you can provide. Update: I booted up my PC this morning and I can see that real-time data did eventually start coming in for these symbols. However, I'm missing roughly the first 103 minutes of data for the session. I tried deleting and redownloading, but the gap in the data remains.

Yes that data is missing until we fill it in, this evening. This issue was because the CME took out the exchange identifier for this particular channel in the connectivity configuration file. It was only this one particular channel that had that missing identifier. All of the others were fine. We had to implement an emergency patch.
