Hello, In the near future, I will be funded via a Prop firm to trade. It is my understanding that this would change my certification status to professional. What is the process to receive data for the full CME group with market depth for professional accounts if you were previously classified as a non professional? Thanks! |

To change your status you would need to redo the exchange agreements at the following link and fill them out for the Professional status: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements We will then update your status. But please wait until November 1 to do this so you do not have to pay for the professional exchange fee until then. You will also want to deactivate the current exchange now, so you do not renew it as well (deactivating it now only makes it not renew, you will still get the data until the end of the month).
