To change your status you would need to redo the exchange agreements at the following link and fill them out for the Professional status: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements We will then update your status. But please wait until November 1 to do this so you do not have to pay for the professional exchange fee until then. You will also want to deactivate the current exchange now, so you do not renew it as well (deactivating it now only makes it not renew, you will still get the data until the end of the month).
