Unable to access live CME feed simultaneously on 2 devices.

Hi,

I have activated the real time CME feed by creating and funding an account with one of the Teton supported brokers (IronBeam) and I am able to access real time CME market data on one device.

However, when I try to enable the data feed for 2 devices, I get this error - "yomolify: Error setting number of systems to 2. At least one exchange which is active, is not enabled for renewal."

Is there a way I can bypass this error and enable the data feed simultaneously for 2 devices as I am relying on both of the devices to trade?

If there is an additional cost for 2 devices, I am willing to pay extra for the simultaneous feeds.

The reason you are getting that message is due to the fact that you have 2 exchanges that you have deactivated for renewal, but you are still getting the data from them through the end of the month. Therefore, when you try to change to 2 systems, it gets blocked because we would have to charge you double the cost for all the exchanges for which you are getting the data at the time, which you do not want.

We can take care of this for you, but it will require that we stop your data for those exchanges for which you are still getting data, but you have deactivated them. These are the following:
- Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts
- CME non-professional top-of-book

We recognize that you do not need the "CME Non-Professional top-of- book", but we are unsure about the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" - is it OK if we cancel this immediately so you will not get the data from the CBOT, COMEX, or NYMEX?

The other option is to simply wait until November 1, at which time those two exchanges will be shut off for your account and you can make the change to two systems.

Thank you for the detailed response. I really appreciate your help.

Please feel free to cancel and stop the data for both of the following:
- Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts
- CME non-professional top-of-book

The only data feed that I would like to have running simultaneously on 2 devices would be:
- CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts ($11 / month)

We have taken care of cancelling the two exchanges, so you can now change to having 2 systems for your CME data. To do this, follow the instructions at the following link:

Just keep in mind that if you select the 2nd system today, you will pay the full amount for a second exchange fee in order to get the data to two systems for the remainder of this month (3 days). And then you will pay the exchange fees again (total of $22.00) on November 1. So you might want to wait until November 1 to add the second system, if you can wait.
