The reason you are getting that message is due to the fact that you have 2 exchanges that you have deactivated for renewal, but you are still getting the data from them through the end of the month. Therefore, when you try to change to 2 systems, it gets blocked because we would have to charge you double the cost for all the exchanges for which you are getting the data at the time, which you do not want. We can take care of this for you, but it will require that we stop your data for those exchanges for which you are still getting data, but you have deactivated them. These are the following: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts - CME non-professional top-of-book We recognize that you do not need the "CME Non-Professional top-of- book", but we are unsure about the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" - is it OK if we cancel this immediately so you will not get the data from the CBOT, COMEX, or NYMEX? The other option is to simply wait until November 1, at which time those two exchanges will be shut off for your account and you can make the change to two systems.
