[Programming Help] - account/ simulated trading issue

I'm having trouble understanding what I need to do in order to get delayed free simulated trading for practicing. other traders have told me to use sierra. they stated that you could paper trade for free on there after making an account. I'm not sure if this account isn't the right account... or if I have to actually pay for a monthly data plan to be able to paper trade? I have applied and submitted a few of the non-professional trader agreements, I got rejected on a couple that stated I needed to submit a different form, which asks for trading account numbers and other stuff. to my knowledge, I do not have an account number yet. Just looking for some clarity on the issue. I'm not the best with computers yet either so it could be something simple that I've overlooked. thanks

You need to have an account with a Service Package activated. We have reset your account to have a 15 day trial since our records indicate you did not use the time previously. As such, you will be able to get the delayed streaming data and use the system in Simulation Mode. Once the 15 day trial is over, you will need to be on a paid package. To continue to use the Delayed Streaming data and Simulation Mode you would want to be on one of our Base packages.
