historical data missing

historical data missing anything before today's login;

yes, i have rithmic; i have always had rithmic and never had a problem; i have denali set up and have been using the same setup for months if not years... really confused why i suddenly have no historic data [only data since i logged in today]


notes/troubleshooting:
a] i do have LIVE data
b] i opened an older chart and i have historical data up until 10/18 [and then (live) data from when i opened the chart
c] if i do the delete all data and download [and then i lose all the historical data pre 10/18]
d] i have had this sort of missing historical data problem before at the same timeframe [which is 3am EST on Monday mornings];
e] after have closed SC for an hour and re-opened... i DO get the historical data loaded from since from i logged in today [3am EST]... but still missing all the previous days data etc

To use the Denali Data Feed you need to activate the Exchanges that you need:

The system is not recognizing that you have connected to your Futures Trading Account at AMP --

AMP can provide you with the CQG WebAPI login credentials and with those in-hand, here are your set up instructions:

Also if you are getting your Real-time CME Group Data via Rithmic or CQG, you need to revert to Sierra Chart Version 2393 (or lower); for help reverting to a previous Version of Sierra Chart please see the documentation here:
