The system is not recognizing that you have connected to your Futures Trading Account at AMP --

AMP can provide you with the CQG WebAPI login credentials and with those in-hand, here are your set up instructions:

Also if you are getting your Real-time CME Group Data via Rithmic or CQG, you need to revert to Sierra Chart Version 2393 (or lower); for help reverting to a previous Version of Sierra Chart please see the documentation here:
