Hello I’m Considering doing scientific research on Market prediction using Artificial Intelligence methods on LOB/MBO data,using the data you provided as the basis of the research, the results of the project could be published as following: 1- explaining the method and results as a scientific paper published in a conference or scientific journal 2- uploading the code in a public database (e.g github) 3- uploading the Data used in the research in a public database (could be avoided) I already checked the policies of the website and there’s nothing related to my question in there, I’m wondering if it's possible to do this considering the copyright or any other privacy setting the data is subjected to which I’m not aware of? You should contact the exchange about this. If the data is from the CME you can ask the CME this question. Everything sounds fine except for this: 3- uploading the Data used in the research in a public database (could be avoided)
However, publishing a very small sample set of data should be fine. Especially if it is in an image format and cannot be converted back to text.
