Hello, I have a chartbook and the chartbook container depth of market codes. It works but the data feed is empty. I don´t know why there are no data that is being printed in the specialized chartbook that was created. I don´t see anything wrong with the codes with the chartbook. There has to be something else that is going on. In short, i want to know how to calibrate the data feed to a specific customized chartbook.

In the screenshot you will see that the dom is empty.

The current front contract is the Z contract.

Our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services, in which case you would need to use the symbol ESZ22-CME. The symbols you have listed would be used if you were connected to our Teton Order Routing or using our Simulated Futures Trading Service.

Please set the correct symbol and then Reset the scales and it should be correct. Refer to the following for how to reset the scales:

Please check Global Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service. Our servers are showing that you have this set to SC Data - All Services. If this is correct, then your symbols are not set properly for this selected service. Different services use different symbols.

Again, if SC Data - All Services is what is showing, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Once that is done, you should be fine.

There are two problems. First and foremost, you are running an older version! You must update:

Software Download: Fast Update

The symbols are not correct and you need to use this Edit Menu command to translate them:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

My chartbook only works for older versions. So, that is the reason why I have backdated version. I cannot update it.

Right now the market is closed so I will have no option to check if it really is working already or not. I will update you on monday about the results of the troubleshooting that I had done.

Thank you.
