Please check Global Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service. Our servers are showing that you have this set to SC Data - All Services. If this is correct, then your symbols are not set properly for this selected service. Different services use different symbols. Again, if SC Data - All Services is what is showing, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Once that is done, you should be fine.
