Hello I dowloaded Crossover on my Macbook and then downloaded Sierra Chart. This took a while but it seems that now it is working. Now I want to connect a CHT file to Sierra Chart but I can't get it in the right C folder and when I try to select it to put in my Sierra Chart it cannot open the CHT file. See picture in attachment. Can you please help me with this? It also seems to get stuck halfway through the download. Eventually it works but it took an hour. |

You need to put the Chartbook files in the Data Files Folder: General Settings Window: Data Files Folder (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Files and Folder Paths) With the operating system set up you have, there is probably not good network I/O performance and this is the reason for the long time to download historical data: It also seems to get stuck halfway through the download. Eventually it works but it took an hour.
