I needs some help here as i do not get any live data from Rythemic after i have upgraded to the latest version of SC

Our servers are showing that you are not connected to a Rithmic account, but that your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. To get the Rithmic data, your service has to be set to Rithmic Direct - DTC. so you can no longer use Rithmic data from your broker you have to use Denali? Meaning i already paid for rithmic I would have to pay for Denali as well? I used sierra about a year ago there was a rithmic bridge is that still available?

I am definitely connected to rhythmic, i get data only until Sep 8th. Can you please help? I then tried connecting to the sierra chart all services and attached is the 3rd screenshot... There is something, may be that is showing me that i am connecting to rythemic at the backend but the connection is not taking place. Can you please help me...
