Our servers are showing that you are not connected to a Rithmic account, but that your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services.

To get the Rithmic data, your service has to be set to Rithmic Direct - DTC. Refer to the Setup Instructions for Rithmic at the following link:
