Data not downloading for products in historical charts

Historical chart data is not downloading for products when setting are change to rollover futures contract yes and method also changed to data rollover back adjusted ( and data is downloaded only for CME products no other exchanges)

The Continuous Futures Contract feature is not going to work with this particular symbol. It is not set up. Also that ICE data is end of day delayed.

This is not just a problem for this is product it is a problem for few other products and if so than is their no other way to get the historical data ?

It will not work for ICE data from us, as we only have the End of Day Delayed data for ICE. You can try IQFeed to see if they have the data you need.
