Hello, I have a problem with Market Depth, why is it not showing up in my chart, I have service package 11 and I have paid for the service with Market Depth, where could be the error. Thank you. I send screenshot....

The first thing to keep in mind is that if you have not specifically set that symbol to save the Market Depth Data, then the Market Depth Data will only start to show from when you first add the Market Depth Historical Graph to the chart. The other option is to setup the ability for the historical Market Depth Data to be downloaded when needed. Refer to the following for how to set this up: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data If you are still having an issue with the study not showing, then we need to get a copy of that chart for us to look over the way you have the study setup to see if it is a setup issue.
