The first thing to keep in mind is that if you have not specifically set that symbol to save the Market Depth Data, then the Market Depth Data will only start to show from when you first add the Market Depth Historical Graph to the chart. The other option is to setup the ability for the historical Market Depth Data to be downloaded when needed.
