You do not have any exchanges activated for the CME Group data for our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can activate the exchange(s) you need at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Just note that in order to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates you need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month. Your account currently is verified until October 31, 2022, therefore you will get the real-time data until that time. But you will need to connect to your trading account again just before the 31st in order to verify it for another 30 days. Refer to the following:

Also, you can view the verification date at the first link given above for the exchanges.
