You do not have any exchanges activated for the CME Group data for our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can activate the exchange(s) you need at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just note that in order to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates you need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month. Your account currently is verified until October 31, 2022, therefore you will get the real-time data until that time. But you will need to connect to your trading account again just before the 31st in order to verify it for another 30 days.
