Hello support, i have completed the guide on how to connect SC and IB, i can only see data from the minute i have opened the chart, i cant see past data. How do i trade directly on the chart? i should add the same symbol to Trade and current quote symbol?

Please ensure that you are on the most recent Sierra Chart release and that you are on the most recent Stable Interactive Brokers software. We have heard of people trying to use the Beta version of IB software and that is causing issues. But there have been other changes in their released software for which we have made patches, which is why you need our most recent software.
