Please ensure that you are on the most recent Sierra Chart release and that you are on the most recent Stable Interactive Brokers software. We have heard of people trying to use the Beta version of IB software and that is causing issues. But there have been other changes in their released software for which we have made patches, which is why you need our most recent software.
