Sierra Chart Technical issue

hi, Everything was working fine up until i updated to the latest Sierra Chart version 2443, now the charts are not even loading up. look at attached file. Can someone help with this issue?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I when I Disconnected and Connected to the Data Feed, the issue was resolved, and everything is working fine as before. Much appreciated for your help.

Hi, i have downloaded a separate Sierra chart and connected to Rithmic, the issue am having is when i open the charts it tells me "Download Failed, Error Downloading historical Intraday data for ESZ2.CME. Historical data logon error: permission denied". I have the Denali package 11 data and i have a live account and i logged in and i followed the steps on the Sierra website regarding connecting of Sierra Chart to Rithmic. Maybe i missed something can someone help with this issue?
