I have no live data, I contacted my provider AMP future and they say everything is ok from their side, to contact Sierra Char support. Error message : "Real-time market date only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol F.US.ENQZ22 ID:11 Click for symbol information Download failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart Data feed" Thanks in advance for your help |

Everything on your account looks good, such that you should not have any issues getting the real-time data for that symbol from our Denali Exchange Data feed. If you are still having issues, then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
