Hi there. was just wondering why can I only see the market depth around the price area would like to see some data/order information far away from the price line ( AKA Bookmap ) thank u cheers |

1 min , gold comes Binance runs fine . No issue But somehow gold only shows the full data for the first 2 mins after I open it . Then back to only showing data around the price Just like what I post Help plz .. thx |

The first thing is to check the Input for Maximum Levels to Display. By default this is set to 40. If you want to see all the levels in the chart, then set this to 0 (doing so will cause your chart to scroll very slowly, but at least change it once so you can see the impact). You will want to set this Input to something that gives you what you want without showing everything that you do not need. Refer to the information here: Market Depth Historical Graph: Maximum Levels to Display (0 for All) Start with the above and see if it gives you what you are wanting. If not, then please post another picture and let us know what the issue is. Sorry, it turns out this was something simple and we missed it. You do not have an exchange active that includes the Market Depth Data. So what you are seeing is the Best Bid/Ask for the market depth, which is why you are only seeing it within the range of the bar itself. You can change the selection for the exchanges at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just keep in mind that you will pay the full amount for any exchange(s) that you activate within the month for the remainder of the month (exchange fees are not pro-rated). So you may want to wait until the beginning of next month before changing your exchange selections, just be sure to deactivate any exchange that you are not going to continue to use next month before the beginning of next month.
