The "Draw Profil Outline Enclosing Bars" option in the Number Bars study creates only three lines as outline, not a complete rectangle (see attachment). Is there an option to create complete rectangles? |

From what we can see, you must be referring to a Volume by Price study in which you have the option for Draw Profile Outline Enclosing Bars set to Yes. But you also must have the option for Volume Bars Draw Method set to Volume Profile Outline Only as that is the only way to get what you are seeing. The reason for this is that the other drawing options all have a base line drawn on the base side of the profile. Therefore, there is generally not a need for that side to be drawn, as it is already covered, except in the above situation with the Volume Profile Outline Only is used, as that does not draw that base line. We have set this as a Feature Request, but this is not something that we will get to anytime soon. Thats wonderful. You know, what would be even better?! If the rectangle around the bars would enclose the whole bar, not only half of the first and half of the last bar. That looks extremely cool and clean. I enclose a screenshot. I am well aware that this might be a complete change in the coding. So, I am sure you will do, what is best for the product. By the way, I appreciate your attitude towards covid and the deep state politics VERY much. In enlightens my heart to see that you have the courage to give this to the world. Thank you. |

Yes you are referring to a Volume by Price study and we will add the left side of the outline rectangle. That will be out in the next release. Hopefully it does not generate any complaints though. But if so we can always add an option for it. By the way, I appreciate your attitude towards covid and the deep state politics VERY much. OMG. I ca!not imagine what number of complaints you must have recived when you did the big change with the config-windows. Probably sometimes this feels to you more like a kindergarden than a community of traders. |
