Denali vs Rithmic volume profile discrepancies?

Hi, I am really enjoying the software thus far. However, I am experiencing some differences between Rithmic vs denali volume profile. I know Rithmic is touted as one of the best data feeds by many traders. So I am using it as a benchmark (which may be an inaccurate assumption). For example, on 8/8 POC for Denali was 4143 whereas Rithmic was showing 4141.5. I have it set to 1 tick, ticks per volume bar as 1, etc. to ensure I get the most accurate data. However, I am still seeing these slight discrepancies. It is not a huge deal, but I want to get to the bottom of it if I am doing something wrong on my end. Please let me know if there is anything to be done. I know that denali is directly from the CME so it is surprising that I am seeing these discrepancies which lead me to believe I may be doing something wrong. |

If this is not done already, set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this: Tick by Tick Data Configuration To make sure there is no missing data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. So I am using it as a benchmark (which may be an inaccurate assumption). No you cannot do that. The Denali Data Feed in regards to data is perfect.When it comes to a point of control calculation what counts, is complete historical data and with the Denali Data Feed that is going to be perfect in that regard. Hello, How can I verify the accuracy of my rithmic data using denali? When I switch to teton/denali, sierrachart asks if I would like to translate the symbol. However when i check file explorer there seems to be a new scid file. When i switch to teton and hit apply, is sierrachart downloading tick data from you? Just want to make sure im covering my bases Thank you edit: using 1 tick renko and loaded rithmic data feed i can visibly see renko bars here and there missing on 2024-03-13. I have deleted and redownloaded data 2 times now additionally with an application restart and the issue persists. is this an issue with rithmic as usual? thank you edit more issues: when i switch to teton, and select delete and redownload, i get no response from sierrachart sorry for multiple edits Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-03-19 12:22:08

hello thank you, i right clicked and redownloaded, and i still see missing renko bars and on drawn volume profile, VPOC is not correct What i mean by I get no response, is that when connected to teton, I dont see sierrachart redownload data, and I see no new entries in the message log Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-03-19 13:22:21

update: per Required Update to Current Version of Sierra Chart for Rithmic Users updating to v2619 fixed the issue thank you guys will keep sierrachart fully updated next time |

Ok this is good but we are not sure why the update would have resolved this.
