When I use bracket orders the stop is not working. When I put in a prophet target of 16 ticks and I am hit, my target immediately becomes my entry stop and I am immediately -4 points (-16 ticks). I am using the Iron beam data feed. We need to understand this better. Provide the lines in the Trade Activity Log for the order and its Attached Orders. Here are the instructions: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_TradeActivityLog.php#TradeActivityLogToSupport At the top left of the log select "All Activity". If you did not see the response earlier, it is because we marked the thread as Hidden for privacy reasons. But it is now not hidden. We need to see the Trade Activity Log for the orders in question. From user: This does not work. It will not copy. My problem is then I put in a bracket order and get filled, my target becomes my fill and I am immediatley negative; then if it reaches my target, I need to flatten the order. It will not limit me out. The stop will stop me out but the limit does not work. On simulation mode, it all works fine, but not on live mode. Do you have another chart system? Am I your only customer that uses Sierra Charts? I would like to see about another chart system.
The Sierra Charts bracket orders worked this morning. Whatever you did last night; it seems good so far. Thank you.

This is really not clear for us. We need to see the Trade Activity Log for the orders in question. Here are the instructions in case there is a problem again like this: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_TradeActivityLog.php#TradeActivityLogToSupport You have to copy the lines and then you paste them here. You just need to right-click over the box where you type your message and select "Paste". We have made no changes and we could not make any changes. There is nothing we could do which would affect your account and use of Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
